Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Netdrix Creative collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have over your data.
Last updated: 18 June 2026 · Netdrix Creative Ltd
This is a plain-language summary of our data practices and is provided for transparency, not as legal advice. If you have a specific compliance requirement (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA), contact us and we’ll work with you directly.
1. Overview
Netdrix Creative (“Netdrix”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. We collect only the information we need to respond to enquiries, deliver our services, and run our business. We do not sell your personal data. This policy applies to our website and to clients and prospects who engage with us.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact details — name, email, phone, company, and country, when you book a call or submit our contact form.
- Project information — brand assets, product details, and account access you share so we can deliver your project.
- Billing information — invoicing details and payment records. Card details are handled directly by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data — basic, mostly anonymised analytics about how visitors use our website (pages viewed, device, approximate location).
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiries and schedule discovery calls.
- Deliver, manage, and support the services set out in your proposal.
- Issue invoices and process payments.
- Improve our website and services, and — where you’ve agreed — send relevant updates. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
- Meet our legal, accounting, and security obligations.
4. Third-party tools & processors
We use trusted third-party services to run our business. When we do, your data is processed under their own privacy terms. The main ones are:
- Stripe & PayPal — to process card and account payments securely. They handle your payment details directly.
- Wise — for international invoicing and multi-currency settlement.
- Perfex CRM — our client portal, where proposals, invoices, files, and project communication are stored.
- Google (Analytics, Search Console, Ads) — for website analytics and, where relevant, advertising measurement.
- Meta — for advertising and campaign measurement when we run ads for you or ourselves.
- Email & hosting providers — to operate our website and communicate with you.
We share data with these processors only as needed to deliver our services, and we expect them to protect it. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
5. Cookies & tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember preferences, and understand how it’s used. These fall into two broad groups:
- Essential cookies — required for the site to function. These can’t be switched off.
- Analytics & marketing cookies — help us measure traffic and, where applicable, advertising performance (for example via Google and Meta).
You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes described here — typically for the duration of our relationship plus the period required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights & data requests
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to request a copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below — we’ll verify your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8. International transfers
Netdrix operates from Pakistan and invoices through a UK-registered entity, and we serve clients in the US, UK, UAE, and Australia. Your data may therefore be processed in countries other than your own. Where data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to an appropriate standard.
9. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Contact for data requests
For any privacy question or to make a data request, email hello@netdrix.com with the subject line “Data request”, or reach us via our contact page. We’ll acknowledge your request and respond during business days.
